Refund policy

Maps made to your design. Every map is made to order from the design you create, so the 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply. We can't take a map back because you've changed your mind. To change or cancel an order, email james@driftwoodcraft.co.uk straight away: until cutting starts we can usually change it, or cancel it and refund you in full.

Damaged or faulty maps. If your map arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo and we'll repair, replace or refund it, including postage. Please tell us about damage in transit within 7 days of delivery, so we can claim from the carrier. None of this affects your legal rights.
