Delivery & Returns

Delivery. Every map is made to order and dispatched within about two weeks (three for 800 × 600 mm). We deliver within the UK only, by either Evri or Royal Mail. 

Changing or cancelling an order. Your map is made to your design, so it can't be returned because you've changed your mind. If you need to change something, email us straight away: until cutting starts we can usually accommodate. 

Damaged or faulty maps. If your map arrives damaged or faulty, email a photo to james@driftwoodcraft.co.uk within [7] days of delivery and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
